2023 Great Britain £2 1-oz Silver Britannia Queen NGC MS69 First Releases

Britannia’s are the Royal Mint’s flagship coin, an image of Britannia first appeared on coins struck in Roman Times. This historic 2023 Silver Britannia coin features a crowned effigy of His Majesty King Charles III. The design shows the Latin inscription CHARLES III D G REX F D, (King Charles III By the grace of God, Defender of the Faith). The reverse design Features artwork by Philip Nathan that depicts the internationally recognized Britannia figure standing firm against a powerful wind.

NGC has certified this legal tender coin in MS69 condition with the coveted First Releases designation.
