2020 W Silver Eagle V75 Privy mark – Absolute Rarity

This 2020 Silver Eagle struck at the West Point Mint holds the unique distinction of being the first and only American Silver Eagle coin issued with a privy mark! These coins were released to   commemorate the end of World War II, in 1945. Each coin bears the V75 privy mark struck in the shape of the Rainbow Pool on the National Mall in Washington D.C. The Rainbow Pool was integrated into the National World War II Memorial when it was built on the spot in 2001.

Low Mintage Key Date Coin with the two most valuable signatures in all of numismatics

With a small, authorized mintage of only 75,000 proof coins, this coin is an absolute rarity and a key date in the series. By way of reference, the three previous proof coins released at WestPoint in 2018, 2017 and 2016 had mintage of 411,397, 440,596 and 651,453 coins. This coin has been hand signed by both Edmund C. Moy and David J. Ryder, the two people directly responsible for making the American Silver Eagle the best-selling silver coin in the world.  This coin is a date and condition rarity.
