Westminster Mint is now actively sourcing PCGS certified Signature Series coins signed by Paul C. Balan, a U.S. Mint artist engraver and a key member of the Artistic Infusion Program (AIP). During his tenure, which lasted from 2009 to 2019, he worked on some of America’s most important and successful coin programs. His many design credits include the 2015 $100 High Relief gold coin, America’s first-ever gold coin to have a $100 face value.
